HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO COME?
All our items are made to order by our small team in Sydney. Please expect up to a 2-3 week wait for your order to arrive.
If you are needing your order before a specific date please don't hesitate to email us at info@7thandyork.com and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
All shipping estimates are from the day of dispatch after your order has been made.
WHATS YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?
Standard Australian (Domestic): $10
Express Australian (Domestic): $15
DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: $50 AUD
Please note for international orders we unfortunately do not cover international taxes and duties.
If payment of customs charges is left unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us and the return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please consider this prior to your order, We appreciate your understanding in advance.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Please place custom orders via our custom order form.
Please fill out as much detail as possible or email rosie@7thandyork.com if you have any further requests or changes to be made to your garment.
Allow up to 4 weeks for your custom order to be approved, sewn and sent.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items can be returned or exchanged within a strict 14 days of receiving.
Please ensure the packing slip is included in the return parcel.
If returned items show signs of wear or have been damage they will unfortunately not be valid for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
To make the returns process easier we have partnered with Refundid to give you access to your refund instantly, before you've even sent back your order! Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Enter your details into the form below
Step 2: Once your return is lodged, print out the provided return slip and stick it on your order
Step 3: Drop your return off at the nearest drop-off location

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For International refunds please contact us as at info@7thandyork.com.
Unfortunately for international returns the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
We will try to provide any size or faulty exchanges, however due to limited numbers of stock this may not be possible and will have to be processed as a full refund.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We will allow cancellation of your order if within 24 hours of ordering. If you wish to cancel your order beyond the 24hour cut off we will allow store credit.
